Mother of 14 Nadya Suleman, famously nicknamed "Octomom" after gving birth to octuplets in 2009, has been nominated for four Adult Video Network awards.

The AVN awards is considered the "Oscars" of the porn industry, was nominated for four awards for her solo sex tape. The adult video, "Octomom: Home Alone," which features Suleman performing alone, has been nominated for Best Celebrity Sex Tape, Best Solo Release, Best DVD Extras, and Best Marketing Campaign.

Suleman, 37, confirmed she will attend the ceremony in January, 2013 in Las Vegas.

"I'm very excited to attend the AVN Awards, Suleman told Huffington Post. "I've never been to anything like that before so I'm really looking forward to it."

"I'm totally honored and blown away to even be nominated," she added. "It was a fun and life changing experience for me to make the movie."

Suleman gained worldwide fame for giving birth to octuplets through in-vitro fertilization in 2009.  She released her X-rated video, "Octomom: Home Alone" in June this year.

Suleman's controversial turn as a porn star did not go over well with everyone in the X-rated business.

Adult film star Amber Peach shared that the video was "disturbing."

"The whole video from a porn standpoint just looks awkward and uncomfortable," Peach told Huffington Post. "And don't get me started on the part where she's lying naked in a pile of baby clothes, that's just disturbing."
