Tracy Reese, the fashion designer who custom-designed the dress worn by First Lady Michelle Obama for her speech at the 2012 DNC has confirmed that a replica of the buzzed-about item will be produced. Reese appeared on TODAY show on Thursday, Sept. 6 to announce that there has been a rush in production in re-creating the dress for the masses so it is available for retail purchase "It was something we were planning for later, so we're trying to rush it through the cycle so that more people can get their hands on it sooner," she told TODAY.

Bieber captioned the picture: "new tattoo it's a crown if you couldnt tell". The 18-year-old posted the picture of the new artwork on his chest on Thursday, Aug. 31.
