Robert Kardashian's widow, Ellen Pearson, has asked that the explosive lawsuit filed against her by his children Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Rob be dismissed. The suit alleges Pearson sold their possessions, including family photos and writings, to a publishing outlet last January. The Kardashians claimed that that Pearson licensed their property to Bauer Publishing. The company then published the private information in their magazines Life and Style and In Touch. The reality TV stars are asking for $500,000 in damages on top of profits, statutory damages, punitive and exemplary damages they have reported.
