Mayor of Chicago Rahm Emanuel will target the biggest Democratic funders for President Barack Obama's re-election plan, which will attempt to offset the Republican Party's monetary advantage. The new role will mean that Emanuel is no longer co-chair of the campaign, officials had stated on Wednesday, Sept. 5.
