Beyoncé and Jay-Z are adjusting to their new family of five, which means buying a bigger home.

The Carters spent over $130 million on their dream home in Bel-Air. The house contains 11 bathrooms, four pools, basketball and tennis courts, a spa, a personal gym and several inground pools. It's safe to say that their children, Blue Ivy, five, and twins, Rumi and Sir, one month old, will definitely not get bored or have to leave their house at all.

However, among the top notch qualities the house provides, there is also more that comes with the house, such as interesting neighbors.

According to a report made by TMZ, there is a couple that owns a Bel-Air house right next to the one that Beyoncé and Jay-Z are in the works of purchasing. The Carters are said to be the neighbors' "lucky charms," especially since they have been trying to sell their home for the past two years.

One of the main problems with the house is that the parking lot is not in the best shape. The driveway is narrow and it also goes downhill, however, it looks like the whopping $130 million is definitely going toward that.

Not only did the Carters grant their neighbors' wish by purchasing the house, they also brought them fame. Living next to the power couple instantly put them "in the epicenter of celebrity power." There is also the possibility of running into other celebrities once the Carters settle into their new home.

Although one thing is for sure, they definitely will not be meeting Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, due to the falling out they all had.
