The fried chicken on the menu is competitively priced at $34. Celebrity residents at 173/176 Perry Street include Hugh Jackman, Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, and fashion icon Calvin Klein. The apartment rented by High Jackman, reportedly set him back $35,000 a month. 

If you are thinking of moving to New York, you may well find yourself passing a few celebrities in the street. But if you want to increase your chances of brushing shoulders with the stars, there are definitely some prime areas to choose. You might need a little extra budget though.
