It should be the happiest day of their lives, but Rick (Jacob Young) and Maya (Karla Mosley) could find themselves both heartbroken and in tears by the time their wedding day comes to an end on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Julius' True Feelings Are Revealed

After overcoming a lot of negative attention together following the scandal about Maya being transgender, the two have finally found their way back to one another, become engaged, and are ready to marry. But, just because most of their loved ones absolutely support them, doesn't mean everyone around them does.

Two of their most vocal opponents have been Maya's father, Julius (Obba Babatunde), and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) who outed Maya in his tabloids. And both are going to make an appearance at the couple's nuptials.

Julius Causes Problems For Rick and Maya

However, Bill may shock the couple with what he has to say when he arrives with Rick's Aunt Katie (Heather Tom), when he uncharacteristically offers his congratulations - and seems to want to make amends.

"I'm not here to ruin Maya's wedding day, I'm here to apologize," he says to Rick in a preview clip for the Friday, August 7 episode.

However, his being more accepting doesn't mean Julius will be - and he will be warned ahead of time by Nicole (Reign Edwards) that if he can't behave himself and be supportive of his transgender daughter, then he can leave.

"Just be happy for her, it's as simple as that," she warns in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
