Smirnoff is set to return to Dancing With the Stars this fall for season 21, according to a new Entertainment Weekly report. The dancer left the show after season 19 in order to promote her new book, but now she is returning as a pro this fall.

"I was a little nervous about not dancing on the show at all last season. I was doing it for the last 10 years," Smirnoff said. "I had other things to do in my life, but not going back to the show felt like trying to see if I can walk on my own two feet! I've had obvious moments when I missed it."

Smirnoff has participated as a pro in 16 previous seasons. She won the Mirrorball trophy with J.R. Martinez in season 13, came in second place with Corbin Bleu in season 17 and came in third with Jacoby Jones in season 16.

The dancer does not know who she will be partnered with this fall, and she is getting nervous about it.

"I'm excited and a little nervous," Smirnoff said. "Normally I can at least narrow it down a little bit, like whether it will be an athlete or an actor, but I have no idea."

Additionally, Entertainment Weekly reported that the last two pro winners, Val Chmerkovskiy and Witney Carson, will also be returning as pros next season. Chmerkovskiy won the Mirrorball trophy with Rumer Willis this spring while Carson won with Alfonso Ribeiro last fall.

The pro lineup for season 21 will reportedly be released this week, while the celebrity cast will be announced in the first week of September.

Dancing With the Stars season 21 premiers Monday, Sept. 14 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
