'X Files' News: 'Chuck' Star Vik Sahay Joins Cast, Who Will He Play?

If feels like we just managed to get the paranormal series back, but news is already rolling out regarding the series' final three episodes. Set to debut the six-episode revival this January, Fox will bookend the brief run with "My Struggle" and "My Struggle II," according to Spoiler TV.

The entire season will air as follows:

'X-Files' News: Prepare For The Series' Most 'Brutal' Episode Ever, Who Is The Band-Aid Man?

Episode 1: "My Struggle"

Episode 2: "Home Again"

Episode 3: "Mulder & Scully Meet the Were-Monster"

Episode 4: "Babylon"

Episode 5: "Founder's Mutation"

Episode 6: "My Struggle 11"

It is currently unknown what's in store for Mulder (David Duchovny) and Scully (Gillian Anderson) in the finale, but series creator Chris Carter recently teased a darker bent for the series. The '90s are long over, and the changing times will certainly be reflected in the FBI's latest cases.

"The X-Files ended right after 9/11," Carter informed Entertainment Weekly. "A lot has happened since then. A lot of rollback of rights and liberties in the name of our protection. We're being spied on now, we're being lied to - all things that, for me, remind me of when I grew up, which was right around Watergate. I think we're in similar and much more dire times right now."
