He confided in her with his real reason for breaking up with Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) because of their supposed different views on having children, and now, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) may decide to give that information to someone else-his son, Thomas (Pierson Fode) on The Bold and the Beautiful.  

Caroline Makes A Shocking Decision

The two will meet up at the office once again after each learning that Ridge and Caroline had split-with Brooke holding the secret that Ridge had a vasectomy while in Paris, while Thomas keeps the fact that he and Caroline slept together after drinking too much a secret of his own as well. However, as the two continue to discuss the situation, Thomas will catch on to the fact that Brooke is holding on to something big.

"Dad told you something in confidence," he says to her in a preview clip for the Thursday, September 3 episode.

Caroline Reels From Her Break-Up With Ridge

"Why would you assume that?" she asks.

"Because you're answering my questions with questions," Thomas replies.

However, Brooke will initially try to keep Ridge's secret close to her chest, insisting that all she knows is that he and Caroine broke up.

"Ridge broke it off with Caroline. They're not together anymore," she says.

However, when Thomas continues pressing her for more information, Brooke may finally cave and tell him the truth-which could change everything when it comes to his own pursuit of Caroline.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday_Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
