'Outlander' Season 2: Which Character Should You Be Most Excited For? EPs Weigh In

The NBC competition is back, and coaches Adam Levine, Pharrell Williams, Gwen Stefani, and Blake Shelton spent the first three evenings turning their chairs at lightning speed. On Tuesday, however, the music icons crushed more dreams than any other night this season.

Five hopefuls were turned away in the two-hour episode, including Janae Strother, Julie Broadus, Tom Rhodes, Junior Reed, and T'alia Scot. Good thing no one chose tonight for a proposal - the atmosphere was far too clouded with despair.

'Minority Report' TV Show: Vega To Appear In Dash's Visions, Is She A Victim Or A Killer?

Those who did manage to find a team, however, were generally highly sought after. Three and four chair turns kept Pharrell, Adam, Gwen, and Blake on their toes. These performances came from the upbeat Darius Scott (Team Pharrell), the country darling Krista Hughes (Team Blake), Hungarian native Viktor Kiraly (Team Adam), California's Cole Criske (Team Blake), and partners Andi & Alex (Team Adam).

Korin Bukowski, Chance Peña, Alex Kendel, and Celeste Beston went to Team Gwen, Team Adam, Team Gwen, and Team Pharrell, respectively.
