Taylor Swift spent New Year's Eve in Times Square with her rumored boyfriend, One Direction singer Harry Styles, and the two were spotted kissing just as the ball dropped on Monday night in front of thousands of onlookers flooding the streets.

Swift performed two songs on stage in New York City for the broadcast event "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest" but moments before the clock struck 2013, the Nashville native was standing among the crowd with Styles. In a video posted later online, the two are shown sharing a New Year's kiss and hug to the tunes of "Auld Lang Syne" and the Frank Sinatra classic "New York, New York."

The kiss may confirm that the two singers are dating, however, neither one of the pop singers have addressed their romance since rumors began in early December 2012. Their New Year's kiss ended the year full of photographers and onlookers seeing the couple together around the world. They celebrated Swift's birthday in England, she accompanied him when he got his latest tattoo in Los Angeles, and they were spotted at a sky resort in Salt Lake City, Utah, days before Christmas.

Also in 2012, Swift received her first Golden Globe nomination for her song on "The Hunger Games" soundtrack. She also sold 1.2 million copies of her latest album "Red" in the first week of its release and became the second-highest paid woman in music, pulling in a total of $57 million for the year, according to Forbes.

Rumors continue to surface about a Styles-Swift baby and that while the "I Knew You Were Trouble" is ready to have children at 23, the 1D singer, 18, is "a good 10 years away from something like that."

Before Styles, Swift was romantically linked to Conor Kennedy, a member of former President John F. Kennedy's family.
