Sofis Vergara's fiancé, Nick Loeb, was seen with multiple scratches and bruises the day after he was kicked out of a nightclub for a fight with a clubgoer.

Loeb was at the beach wearing blue board shorts and sunglasses while Vergara flaunted her curves in the sand with a black one-piece swimsuit.

Four fresh bruises can be seen in the photos of Loeb, located on his neck, chest and knee. He appeared unfazed by the previous night's events.

Loeb got into a fight on New Year's Day at Story night club. A source told New York Daily News' Confidential that a scuffle ensued between Loeb and a partygoer who spilled a drink on the "Modern Family" actress.

As the two men fought, Vergara reportedly screamed at Loeb for starting the fight ,screaming "F--- you" as security kicked her fiancé out of the club, the source added.

Sources told New York Post that Loeb first became jealous over the presence of Vergara's ex-boyfriend, Chris Paciello, the owner of Miami Beach night club where the party was held. Paciello had dated Vergara in the 1990s. 

"Nick seemed tense around Chris, who was hosting them in the VIP section, even though he and Sofia are just friends," a source told New York Post.

Later, Loeb would become enraged after Vergara took a picture with a fan. According to several witnesses, Loeb ended up in a scuffle at a nearby table. The situation became so out of hand, according to sources, that Vergara's dress ended up tearing and her breasts were exposed to people inside the club. Loeb was eventually kicked out of the place by security shortly after the melee.

"Sofia stepped in to try to calm the situation, but somehow she ended up getting pushed and shoved also. Her strapless dress was torn or pulled down in the melee, exposing her cleavage in front of other people and her son Manolo who was so offended he left the club," a source told New York Post.

"It was crazy. Nick was pulled away from Sofia and those at the next table by security guards, who dragged him out of the VIP section and threw him out of the club."

The couple reportedly celebrated New Year's Eve at Miami's famed Delano hotel.

Vergara and Loeb got engaged in July last year when he proposed in Mexico during Vegara's 40th birthday celebration at the Mayan ruins.
