Alexa PenaVega Nabs First Perfect Score Of 'Dancing With the Stars' Season

Alexa PenaVega performed a perfect tango on Dancing With the Stars Monday night, at least in the eyes of the judges. PenaVega danced with Derek Hough for Switch Up Week and received a 40 out of 40 from the judges. Check out the clip below:
