Last week, according to reports, Ryan Vieth took aim at Rodriguez on Instagram, who in turn confirmed their relationship was over, and told fans they would not be giving their marriage a second shot.

In a series of messages to fans on Instagram, shared by Starcasm, Rodriguez wrote, "No more making excuses for his long lived behavior...I miss who I was before him...I gave it my one shot last time. Now it’s time to move on."

Meanwhile, Vieth defended himself against claims of being a deadbeat dad while collecting a Real Housewives of Orange County paycheck for his guest-starring role on the show.

"My daughter is my main focus in life, the center of my world and always will be," he explained. "She is always put first before myself and anyone else around me. I suffer to give my daughter a better life with and a complete family. Before you point the finger at me get the real facts on both parties."

When all was said and done, Rodriguez thanked her supportive fans online.
