Maci Bookout, Ryan Edwards: 'Teen Mom' Exes Reunite For Bentley's Birthday, See Photos [VIDEO]
Maci Bookout and Ryan Edwards have been at odds for years on Teen Mom and Teen Mom OG, but over the weekend, they came together to celebate the 7th birthday of their son, Bentley.

In photos shared on Instagram by Edwards' mother, Jen, Bookout and her ex-boyfriend appeared to be civil on two different occassions.
"Happy Birthday Bentley! #7," Jen captioned the first photo of the family on Sunday.
Days later, on Tuesday, Jen shared a second photo, which also included Bookout and Edwards with their young son. In the caption, Jen wrote, "Happy Birthday to this sweet boy !! #7 @rcedwards85 @macideshanebookout."

Bookout and Edwards got engaged years ago, but after welcoming son Bentley, their relationship took a turn for the worse. While Bookout was hoping to settle down as a family, Edwards seemed to have other plans, and during an early season of Teen Mom, the couple parted ways.
Since then, Bookout and Edwards have both dated a number of people, but currently, Edwards is single, while Bookout is happy with boyfriend Taylor McKinney, with whom she recently welcomed her second child, daughter Jayde.
No word yet on whether or not MTV will bring Teen Mom back for a sixth season.
