There is no doubt that Katie Holmes has a lot to say when it comes to her five short years in the Church of Scientology, but the public won't be hearing her side of the story anytime soon. In fact, the Hollywood actress might be keeping quiet just for the sake of her daughter Suri Cruise, as she supposedly signed a confidentiality contract with her ex-husband, Tom Cruise.

Leah Remini News 2015: Actress Says She'll Be Labeled 'Evil' By Scientology For Being Critical Of Tom Cruise

According to Naughty Gossip on Saturday, Holmes refused to respond to Leah Remini's allegations in a tell-all interview about Scientology with 20/20 on Friday night. When Remini claimed that Holmes had written up a "knowledge report" about the former church member, the only thing she offered was a statement that says, "I regret having upset Leah in the past and wish her only the best in the future," with no further details.

Now, there are rumors that say Holmes is being forced to keep quiet because she might lose everything in her life, including her daughter Suri, if she chooses to speak out negatively about the religion. The actress supposedly signed a contract with her ex, forbidding her to dish any dirt about her marriage or the church.

A source told the site, "Katie is contractually banned from ever talking about Tom or Scientology. She knows everything, but signed the contract."

For Leah's part, she recalled being sent to Tom Cruise's house by a church official to teach him salsa dancing. When she got there, she was shocked at how hands-on Tom was with his then wife, Katie.

She explained, ""He was like, forcibly kissing Katie, and I said, 'Hey, get a freaking room.' And, well, I was written up for that."

So far, neither Tom Cruise himself or the Church of Scientology have made any comments about Leah's interview.

Tom and Katie's daughter Suri lives with her mother for the most part, and has not been publicly seen with her father in the last several years.
