Kim Kardashian, who is pregnant with rapper Kanye West's child, has offered her estranged husband, Kris Humphries, $10 million to settle their divorce.

A source close to the situation said the reality star offered the NBA Brooklyn Nets player "a $10 million payoff" in a bid to get him to stop pursuing "an annulment to their marriage on the grounds of fraud." To the disappointment of the 31-year-old, Humphries has declined her generous offer.

"Money didn't sway the NBA star," a source told Radar Online. "He is still seeking an annulment to prove in a court that their short-lived marriage was fraudulent."

"Kris flatly rejected the offer because it has never been about money for him," the source said.

The source claimed that Humphries' religious beliefs played a big part in his decision to decline Kardashian's check.

"Kris is deeply religious and he believes that the only way he can do that is if his marriage to Kim is annulled."

The source also debunked the reports that the NBA player demanded a $10 million payment to quickly settle the divorce and drop the pursuit for an annulment.

"That absolutely never happened," the source said. "Kris has given a sworn declaration that he has never asked Kim for a single dime. The only thing he has asked for, and continues to ask for, is for her to agree to an annulment."

After being heckled on Twitter recently, Humphries, like Kardashian, wants to move on but the annulment is the only thing he'll agree to.

"Kris wants to move on with his life just as badly as Kim does - he is constantly getting heckled by NBA players and fans - and he just wants to be able to close this disastrous chapter in his life once and for all. If Kim would just agree to grant him the annulment, they could both move on with their lives."
