In Tuesday's episode of "Snooki & JWoww," fans get to witness the delivery of Snooki's first child as MTV airs personal footage taken inside the delivery room.

In the preview clip, Snooki wears full face of makeup with false eyelashes and a leopard print dress. The petite New Jersey resident cried as she went through labor pains and realized that it was almost time to push her son Lorenzo out. Snooki's parents and her best friend JWoww stood in the waiting area and appeared nervous for her while Snooki's fiance, Jionni, was excited about the labor. He held a video camera inside the delivery room to record the special moment for his family.

Sally Ann Salsano, the executive producer for "Snooki & JWoww" and "Jersey Shore," shared some details with EW.com about the fourth episode of the show's second season. She said she wanted to "kill" herself because the process was time-consuming - Snooki was in labor for 26 hours - and also admitted that she never attended a child delivery before.

Snooki originally told the press she did not want MTV cameras in the delivery room to capture her birth and EW.com asked Salsano what made Snooki change her mind. The producer said delivery footage shown in Tuesday's episode was not shot by MTV cameramen, instead it was provided by Snooki and her fiance, who recorded the birth.

"They shot it for themselves, not for us," Salsano explained.

Salsano respected the couple's original decision to not share the footage with viewers of the reality show and told them, "We don't need that to tell the story...that's your own personal time." However later, to her surprise, Snooki changed her mind.

"Snooki was like, "You know what? I want to share it,"" Salsano said.

The producer and reality star then watched the birth footage together, at Snooki's suggestion.

"We were watching [the birth footage] one day," said Salsano. "She was like, 'Watch this with me.' I'm like, "There are some things I never need to see. I feel like I've seen too much of you to begin with. I wish I could erase some of the memories I have."

"No no no. There's nothing weird," Salsano said Snooki told her. "I was like, 'If there's something weird in there I will kill you.' She's like, 'I promise.' "

After they watched Snooki's birth footage together, Salsano asked Snooki if there was any part of the footage she did not want to air on television, and Snooki replied, "There's nothing in here I wouldn't share."

Salsano described the experience of witnessing Snooki give birth as "emotional" for everyone in attendance.

"I was like a stressed-out grandmother in the lobby," she said. "It's cute how emotional her father becomes. It is cute. Everybody was so stressed out, just nervous. (Snooki) shut the door and we left."

"Snooki & JWoww" airs on MTV Tuesdays at 10/9 p.m. Central.
