After an intense episode this past Thursday night, many fans are surely scouring the Internet for the latest scoop on next week's all-new The Vampire Diaries episode. Fortunately, they'll have to look no further, as new footage and spoilers of the future installment are now on the web.

The CW network has released a sneak peak trailer for their upcoming 13th episode of Season 4, which is appropriately titled Into The Wild. The supernatural vampire drama will be featuring Shane leading an expedition to a desolate island just off the coast of Nova Scotia, where he thinks the secret of the cure can be found.

In the respective clip, it appears as though Elena and company will be facing some major ramifications on their search for the coveted vampire cure. While on the trip to the remote island, Elena and Rebekah will continue their bitter battle with one another

Meanwhile, Stefan will try his best to maintain peace and order. However, Damon will have his suspicions about Shane, thinking he may be taking them into a trap. Ironically enough, the group will indeed run into some unideal obstacles in the form of booby-traps.

Also, Bonnie and Jeremy will try to figure out the message of the Hunter's mark. Shane will reveal more of the legend of Silas and the witch, Qetsiyah, as well as details in regard to his extremely personal history.

Meanwhile, back in the town of Mystic Falls, Tyler will confront Klaus while Caroline ends up in the middle of the violent situation that results from it.

Episode 13 of The Vampire Diaries Season four is set to air on Thursday, Feb. 7, at 8 p.m. ET on CW. The supernatural drama stars Nina Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder, Paul Wesley and Steven R. McQueen. To watch full episodes simply click here.
