Ah, nothing says the return of Teen Wolf quite like an unprecedented display of death and carnage.

'Teen Wolf' Season 5: Where Is Agent McCall? Matthew Del Negro Teases Character's Fate

MTV is working on getting the fandom psyched for the Jan. 5 season 5B premiere, and the series' latest social media venture certainly has the Internet a buzz. On Monday, fans were tasked with putting together 100 images to form a fresco in homage to the Hell Hound/Beast painting revealed in Status Asthmaticus.

The result? A terrifying image of carnage.

'Teen Wolf' Season 5: Mama McCall Doles Out Advice In A New Promo, Can Scott Follow Her Lead?

Once you move past the initial shock, however, the high quality photo has a few secrets to reveal. While some clues are fairly obvious, we've put together a list of the Top 10 most missed teasers.

Alison's Necklace

At this point, we're convinced Teen Wolf is just trying to kill us with feels. Allison's skeleton can be seen just feet away from a dying Malia, and clutched in her osseous fingers is the Argent necklace. The pendent features a werewolf, and due to the hunters' French connections, there's a very good chance this is a reference to the Beast du Gevaudan.

Coach

It's a little hard to identify some of the bodies, but we know of no one else who's as well known for his whistle. Coach will return as the lacrosse season begins, and this photo hopefully only represents a worst-case scenario. There are so many deaths we hope will never come to pass, and Coach's is among the.

A Fourth Dread Doctor

The three steampunk scientists can be seen hanging out together with their drill and a comatose Lydia, but there is a fourth masked villain hiding amongst the corpses. This one has a third eye, which makes us wonder if he is somehow connected to Doctor Valick. The Eichen House resident can also be seen in the drawing, and his just so happens to be missing his infamous extra ocular accoutrement.

Gerard

Chris Argent will call upon his nefarious father in 5B, and the insane Argent patriarch can be seen hiding near Donavan's lifeless body. How do we know it's Allison's twisted gramps? His run in with Mountain Ash left him spewing black junk (disgusting, really), a aliment his corpse appears to be afflicted with as well.

Native Americans

Three dead natives can be glimpsed on the left hand side of the image. These characters are donning wolf headdresses and appear to be the same people Kira will encounter in New Mexico. Kira's Southwestern adventures won't be the seasons only foray into Native American culture - the series will also introduce skin walkers.

Jordan Parrish's Dog Tags

A crispy version of the Hell Hound is featured prominently, but his dog tags are much harder to find. In the past, Parrish's army past has only been mentioned in passing. Perhaps we will get to dive deeper into his clouded past.

Mysterious Symbol

Most of the picture references characters and plot devices viewers are already familiar with. There is one exception, however, and that is a small drawing of a septagram, a symbol often used by Wiccans.

Dr. Deaton

The veterinarian/emissary hybrid used to be Scott's foremost authority on all this supernatural. Over the years, Deaton has made fewer and fewer appearances, but his season 5A trip abroad gave us vital information about the Dread Doctors and Malia's mom. What revelations will he bring this winter?
