Matt Barnes, Rihanna Instagram 2015: NBA Star Calls Out 'Lyin' Pop Star', Slams Derek Fisher [VIDEO]
Matt Barnes is not keeping quiet about his beef with Rihanna or his altercation with former Derek Fisher after he assaulted his former teammate for messing with Barnes’ estranged wife Gloria Govan, who once starred in VH1’s Basketball Wives LA.

He shared a reflective post about 2015 via Instagram and began with revealing that it was “the worst year of my life! Hands down…”
He said it was because he “lost the women I loved, the mother of my kids, my Dogg…I had to walk away from the only thing I’ve wanted, MY OWN FAMILY!”

He went on to say that he was traded in the NBA and even took a jab at Rihanna. The two made headlines after he hinted that they were sparking up a romance. But she not only shut him down but said she has never met him before.
He wrote, “…Lied on by a pop star Who’s lucky I stuck to the script & didn’t expose her [lyin] a**…Funny thing about texts & pics is they DON’T LIE! I ‘Guess’ they call that getting played’”
He saved his most recent incident for that—when he was outed for beating up Fisher after it came out that he was being intimate with Govan.
“[He] went behind my back, messed with my ex, got caught, got dealt with for being a snake, then ran & told the Police & NBA..Instead of taken that a** whoopin like a man & kept it moving…Guess cause I didn’t SNITCH, I get a 2 game suspension by the league.’”
He went on to blast all of his critics who judged him for all he went through.
