Three media outlets are being sued by Toddlers & Tiaras star Susanna Barrett for a whopping $30 million dollars.

According to the New York Daily News, the pageant mom claims TMZ, The Huffington Post, and the Daily Mail sexualized her 5-year-old’s daughter performance of
LMFAO’s hit song, “I’m Sexy and I Know It.”

The lawsuit states the media publications described the child as “gyrating in a nightclub and singing about her sex appeal.” Barrett says her daughter was seated while she sang in a Manhattan restaurant.

“Isabella Barrett did not act or portray herself sexually, erotically or provocatively; she was not ‘gyrating’ at a ‘nightclub’ or singing ‘about her sex appeal,” the mom said in court papers.

Barrett alleges the articles damaged her daughter’s reputation and life in danger.

“As a result, Isabella is now perceived sexually, erotically and pornographically,” while the media outlets “have placed Isabella in serious physical danger, attracting the attention of others who would seek to sexualize a child.”

Court documents also claim Isabella lost a reality show contract and funding for her jewelry line after the articles were published.
