As rumors continue to swirl regarding the 19-year-old model's relationship with pop singer Justin Bieber, Baldwin took to Twitter, where she expressed her frustration after learning her cell phone number and private text messages had been shared online.

According to a report by Perez Hilton on Monday, Baldwin's private messages were shared online, but thus far, it is unclear what these messages said, or whom they were from.
Baldwin has been thrust into the spotlight since going public with her romance with Bieber weeks ago. Although the two never officially confirmed the nature of their relationship, they shared a number of photos together on Instagram, including one that featured Baldwin and Bieber sharing a steamy kiss.
Since they returned to Los Angeles from Anguilla weeks ago, Baldwin and Bieber have been keeping a low profile, and when spotted around town, they have been seen solo. Meanwhile, last week, Bieber was seen with another woman, Sarah Jeffery, star of Shades of Blue, who reportedly was seen with him as he ventured into a Beverly Hills hotel.
