Draya Michele And Orlando Scandrick Engaged: Reality Star Has No Shame About Their 'Soap Opera' Drama [VIDEO]

While fans are giving the side eye to former Basketball Wives LA cast member Draya Michele and her on-again-off-again fiancée Orlando Scandrick of the Dallas Cowboys after they have been going back-and-forth for months (despite his proposal last year), the couple is not concerned with how their relationship appears to be.

Hip Hollywood caught up with the reality star earlier this week and even though she was willing to admit their relationship is complicated, she said she doesn’t think it’s anything out of the ordinary.

“We’re just your typical soap opera, Black couple. And uumm, yeah, you know. We break up and then we make up right away.”

This definitely has been true for the two, who are expecting their first child together. Just earlier this month Draya blasted Scandrick for trying to get her to break up with him so he would be single during a trip to Las Vegas. But when she didn’t call it quits, she claimed that he cheated anyway. Still, this wasn’t enough for Draya to walk away from the relationship that has been going for about three years.

She continued and told the entertainment news site, “We can’t really go too long without being without each other.”

And this might not be the last time they feud for all of us to see as Draya said she has no regrets about putting their issues on social media.
“I stand behind my words. This time I was more angry that people were like, ‘Oh she’s just pregnant and hormonal.’ I was like, ‘No I’m not hormonal. I’m just real.’ So no, I stand behind my words. I don’t care. I back it up.”

As for their wedding, she said neither of them are too pressed to make it happen.

“I’m just trying to get my baby out and relax for a little bit; maybe travel some, take my family places they’ve never seen before and then get married. But I like things like this…It’s less complicated.”
