Cydney Gillon is clearly one of the most physically strong players competing on the next season of Survivor.

'Survivor' Host Jeff Probst Teases 'A Lot Of Hardship' In Upcoming Season

Cydney is a professional body builder from Douglasville, GA and one of 18 new players competing in Survivor: Kaoh Rong - Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty. Considering her physique and profession, she has been placed on the Brawn tribe.

In her CBS bio, Cydney says her claim to fame is receiving her International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness Pro card at the National Physique Committee Nationals in 2012. "I was a junior at Penn at the time and I'd just turned 20. I had to train 3 times a day, not including track practice, in order to make my dream happen."

Why 'Survivor' Fans Shouldn't Worry About Possible Cancellation For A While

So it's clear that Cydney is committed to staying in shape, but she is not all muscle. She says that her sense of humor will prove "most useful" out there on the island.

"You can't walk around looking like someone killed your dog all day. I think I will up the team morale. Beyond that, I think my athletic abilities can help win this competition," she says.

Cydney also believes very confidently that she can make it all the way to the end of the game and sell a convincing story to the jury to get them to give her a million dollars.

"I believe that I have the tact and discipline to make it to the end. If I make it to the final 3, I'm confident I would get the needed votes because I will have created relationships and a story that my fellow tribe mates would want to vote for," she says.
