It looks like Kate Middleton is working on spreading the message when it comes to supporting a cause that is close to her heart: children's mental health. The Duchess recently revealed that she and husband Prince William will always try and encourage their two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, to talk about their feelings in order to avoid any issues in the future.

According to People Magazine on Wednesday, the Duchess opened up about the importance of letting children know they are not alone when it comes to suffering from mental diseases.

"William and I would not hesitate to seek help for our children if they needed it," Kate said Wednesday morning in a blog post publicizing the launch of Young Minds Matter. The charity is a new initiative aimed to bring awareness to the causes and treatment of children's mental health problems.

"We hope to encourage George and Charlotte to speak about their feelings, and to give them the tools and sensitivity to be supportive peers to their friends as they get older," she wrote in a post for Huffington Post UK.

She added, "We know there is no shame in a young child struggling with their emotions or suffering from a mental illness."
