Farrah Abraham has plans to adopt a little girl, but will her boyfriend, Simon Saran, be a part of the process?

Although the Teen Mom OG star and her boyfriend split months ago, they are now back together, and from the looks of his Twitter timeline, Saran is a fan of children. Just weeks ago, he shared a photo of himself on Twitter, which included his twin nephews.

While Saran's photo certainly doesn't confirm any plans to be a part of Abraham's upcoming adoption, it is likely a good sign that Saran is at least open to having children in the future.

Abraham first announced her desire to expand her family, via adoption, last year.

“Every neighbor of mine was adopted and they also did foster care,” the 24-year-old told OK! Magazine at the time. “I grew up around that. I’m very passionate.”

“Sophia is in the right frame of mind and is very supportive as well,” Abraham said. “She is very open and accepting to understanding that someone else had other parents, and we would be their second parent and be a loving family to them. We’re going through the process of approval. I’m very excited to adopt.”

As for when Abraham's adoption will happen, she recently revealed she hoped to have a second child within the next two years.

"We're open to adopting someone who's not just – a child that can not just only be a newborn. But also a child that is maybe 3 or older," she told PEOPLE Magazine earlier this week. "There's a lot of, you know, orphans that are so adorable. So, I mean, it just breaks my heart when I see things like that because I grew up around adoptive families and I've always wanted to help. So it's just a time and a place and hopefully soon I will be ready."
