"Spring Forward, Fall Back." The United Kingdom and other European countries will start Daylight savings time on Sunday March 31 at 2:00 a.m. local time, three weeks after the United States, according to Timeanddate.com.

Clocks should be moved forward one hour this coming Sunday. The Daylight Savings Time ends on Sunday October 27 at 2:00 am local time in the U.K.

Other countries such as Israel, Palestine and Lybia, are starting Daylight Savings time on Friday March 29 at 2:00 a.m. local time, according to world clock website Timeanddate.com. 

Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and Samoa, the Daylight Savings Time starts on April 7 at 2 a.m. local time. 

In Russia's case, the country stopped the use of Daylight Saving Time in 2011 and operates on continuous "summer time" after it moved its clocks ahead for the last time on March 27, 2011 and never changed them back.

Prepare yourself to lose an hour of sleep on Sunday March 31, 2013 if you live in one of the following locations:
