Perhaps the most famous music festival of all is once again back upon us with the Coachella Music Festival officially kicking off again this weekend.

The event, which takes place in Indio, California and is often considered a pinnacle event for music, fashion, and celeb-spotting, kicks off this weekend with big acts taking the stage, including Guns 'N Roses.

Here's everything you need to know about this year's event:

The event is known for combining both up-and-coming acts with big names, and this year's lineup is perhaps one of the most exciting yet. A full list can be found here, but performers will include A$AP Rocky, Alessia Cara, Calvin Harris, Chris Stapleton, Ellie Goulding, Guns N' Roses, Halsey, Ice Cube, James Bay, Of Monsters and Men, and Sia.

The event is known for attracting some of Hollywood's most elite over the years. The Kardashian-Jenner clan are often staples, and others who have often been spotted at the festival over the years have included Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton, Kate Bosworth, Kellan Lutz, Alessandria Ambrosio, Alexander Skarsgard, Vanessa Hudgens, Katy Perry, Jared Leto, Lindsay Lohan, Emma Roberts, Dita Von Teese, Gigi Hadid, Bella Thorne, Lea Michele, Sarah Hyland and more. Expect to see some of these people (who are considered regulars) as well as others. Unconfirmed is if Taylor Swift will be in attendance to support beau Calvin Harris.

The Fashion Is Insane

Sure other events like the Met Ball and awards season tend to inspire some fierce red carpet ready fashion, but Coachella inspires a different sort of fashion that is still fierce and fabulous. Whether stripping down or staying fully clothed, everyone embraces a more relaxed fashion sense that still manages to impress.

The annual Saturday night carnival is perhaps the best chance to spot members of the A-list, since it is the exclusive all-night after-party that is the spot to get to-though it's also one of the hardest parties to get yourself into. Good luck!
