Has Corey Simms' ex-wife, Leah Messer, made nice with his family?

Over the weekend, Teen Mom 2's Messer was in attendance during her twins' T-ball opening day, and also in the audience was Simms' father, Jeff.

"Opening day for my T ball playing granddaughters. #aligrace," Jeff captioned the photo below on Instagram.

Meanwhile, Messer shared tons of photos of the girls' game on her Facebook page, including photos with her youngest daughter, Adalynn, 3, and her mother, Dawn Spears.

It was not revealed whether Simms and his wife, Miranda, were also present during the game.

In other news, fans may have seen the last of Simms and his wife on the show as they recently pulled back from filming after feeling they were unfairly edited during the sixth season of Teen Mom 2.

“Corey feels MTV did him dirty,” a friend of Simms told Radar Online last month. “He thinks they had the perfect opportunity to show viewers, ‘This is what happens when you get on drugs, this is the reality.’ Instead, they made it seem like Corey was constantly attacking Leah for no reason.”

During the show, Messer was seen slurring her words and nearly passing out while holding a baby, but when confronted about a possible drug addiction, she denied any such thing. In fact, even after the reality star and mother of three went to rehab in May 2015, she denied being addicted to drugs, instead claiming she was struggling with anxiety and depression.

Either way, Simms had enough of the drama and chose to film less during Teen Mom 2 season seven.

“Corey told MTV just what he thought about the situation, and said that he and Miranda would not film nearly as much as in past seasons,” the friend revealed. “Producers understood.”
