Lisa Rinna mentioned Harry Hamlin on last night's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion part one, and as the episode aired, Hamlin spoke of his comments about Yolanda Foster and her Lyme disease.

While chatting about his wife's ongoing drama with Lisa Vanderpump, whom Rinna claimed encouraged her to talk about Munchausen Syndrome, Hamlin appeared to be amused.

"She's so funny," Hamlin said of Vanderpump during an interview with E! News at the cover party for Residen Magazine's April issue. "At the end of the day, this is a TV show. The only difference between this and a nighttime soap is the blood isn't fake!"

During last night's show, Rinna claimed her husband told her and her co-stars to be supportive of Foster and her Lyme disease after Ken Todd said she didn't look good at a party. Hamlin, however, said the scene was a bit different than his wife had stated.

"Well, what I actually said was 'We really need to support her.' I never said 'whether she's sick or not,'" he admitted. "That was I think in the second time Lisa mentioned it, she said it that way. And I said to Lisa, 'You know I don't think I said it that way.' And she goes, 'Oh right, well…' Obviously Yolanda needs support. Whatever she's going through, it's taking a toll on her and it's very challenging for her."

Foster has been struggling with Lyme disease since 2012 and during season six, her illness was pulled into question after Rinna admittedly engaged in a conversation about the possiblity of Munchausen Syndome, in which people claim to be ill for attention and sympathy.

"You know, the thing about the show itself, when you're watching this show, there are moments when you can kind of breathe a little bit, but not with the reunion," Hamlin said. "The reunion is like a freight train that just keeps slamming right through, going through barricade after barricade. So, it's just an onslaught."

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season six reunion part two airs next Tuesday at 9 p.m. on Bravo. Check out a sneak peek at the upcoming episode below.
