Brandi Glanville apparently really wants to compete in Dancing With the Stars but says the show's producers don't want her!

Glanville had Dancing With the Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev on her podcast last week where she discussed her desire to do the show.

"For about five years my manager was pitching me to do the show and they've always said no, but I really, really, really wanted to do it," Glanville admitted. "Now that I'm getting a little older my feet ... I have like feet problems, I have a back problem, and my friend that did it, was like, 'It's an all day, every day - you're not gonna see your kids...' And I'm like, 'I dunno - maybe I'll try something else...' But it's so fun to watch!"

Glanville also dished on a former friend of hers doing DWTS recently and divulging how difficult it proved to be.

"My friend - we're not friends anymore - she did it last year, or the year before, she said it's the hardest thing she's ever done in her life," Glanville said. "She had, like, cold sores all over her face from being stressed out. She said you're dancing from morning to night, and learning three different dances in a day."

Chigvintsev, who was eliminated from the show in Week 3 this past season with his celebrity partner Mischa Barton, spoke on the difficulties.

"What you don't realize is that it takes over your life completely," he said. "You're putting yourself out there and you're getting judged by all these people. You're not playing a character - you're actually playing yourself."

There were some added difficulties for Chigvintsev this season, with the pro dealing with some conflict between him and Barton. The O.C. actress frequently expressed negativity throughout her run in the competition, and she was never fully able to get a knack for ballroom dancing.

It remains to be seen if Glanville will find herself on the show one day, though based on her comments on the podcast, it seems unlikely at this juncture.

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
