It's been awhile since Drake or Meek Mill fired off any shots at one another but now months after their major beef (that landed Drake a Grammy nomination) Drake has revealed that his longtime friendship with Nicki Minaj, who is dating Meek Mill, has changed.

Meanwhile, he has gushed about his rumored girlfriend Rihanna.

"I don't really talk to Nicki," Drake confessed while speaking on his latest album Views with Zane Lowe of Beats 1 this week. Still he has nothing but "love" and good things to say about her as added, "Another person I have a lot of love for."

Considering there's no beef between them it's pretty shocking they don't speak much. They had been close for years as label mates on Young Money records and he even expressed his crush on her multiple times. But when Meek sparked a beef with Drake back in July, all eyes were on Nicki to see how she would respond. While she did her best to stay clear of the drama, she continued her relationship with Meek. It's not clear if that's what caused Drake and Nicki's friendship to switch gears.

He added, "She dealt with me how I would expect her to—with class. I always have respect and love for her. Unfortunately, we haven't spoke."

As for Rihanna, he has been rumored to be dating her since back in February after they hit the stage to perform Work for the Brit Awards. They were also allegedly spotted kissing and getting extra close days before and after they hit the stage. While Drake didn't confirm whether Rihanna is his girlfriend, he did tell Zane Lowe of Rihanna's feature in his Too Good song, "It wouldn't be a record without Rihanna, would it? We do well as a team."

He went on to say, "[I was like] I think I have one that would follow this one up really nicely. It was like a flawless victory when she sent it back. Every nuance, every cadence was perfect...That's what makes the record."

He also shut down tumors that they're playing up their romance for a story line and fans.

"We're not forcing some story on people. A lot of the music and energy we have is genuine. We have a genuine energy."
