With Tori Spelling, it looks like no one really knows what's going on with the actress behind closed doors.

And that's probably why her fans can't help but scratch their heads over reports that say the actress and her husband Dean McDermott enjoyed a lavish European vacation with their kids last week and even got engaged for the third time, despite reports that couple has been dealing with some major financial issues recently.

Of course, this is prompting both their fans and critics to wonder if they've been faking their money woes for publicity as something is simply not adding up right.

According to Us Weekly on Friday, Spelling and McDermott posed for a special photoshoot in front of the Versailles castle outside of the French capital of Paris. Earlier this month McDermott got down on one knee for the third time to propose to Spelling in front of their kids while they were sightseeing at the Eiffel tower.

Many fans have commented rather sarcastically on their pics with, "Guess their chronic money problems aren't a problem right now... Next week they'll have another yard sale..." along with, "How do they have money to go to Versailles?!"

Another critic wrote, "A McDermot family trip wouldn't be complete without a camera crew. And what's this with the proposing multiple times, you got her, she's your wife! After the third proposal, it's no "surprise", just silly. Will the need for attention and look of desperation ever get boring and old for these two?"

So far neither Spelling nor McDermott have made any comments about the criticism.
