Angela Simmons took to Instagram Thursday to post a collage of snapshots that featured her bare and very flat belly, amid rumors that she is engaged and preparing for a quick wedding because she is expecting her first child.
But while Simmons tummy is undeniably flat, fans have pointed out why they don’t believe her alleged attempt to put the rumors to rest.
One fan said that because of Simmons’ regular workout routine, she could “carry different” before they added, “this is a first so she may not show until late…”
Another said that Simmons’ abs aren’t “as defined as they used to be,” speculating that she could be in the early stages of pregnancy.
One fan joked, “I’m telling ya daddy,” referring to her father, who is Rev. Run Simmons.
Another went as far as saying, “CONGRATULATIONS! Hopefully [it]s twins”
But not all fans are convinced that she is pregnant.
“She posted this for those who love spreading rumors and what not… She’s not pregnant and y’all have no lives…”
Another said, “Maybe she’s bloated! Let that girl live!”
One checked the naysayers and wrote, “Geez ppl give it a rest and let her be. She’s a lovely and inspiring woman and that’s all that matters.”
“Guess she shut everybody up,” another commented.
