Kim Zolciak appeared at Bravo Upronts in New York City on April 3 and looked so good that she caused speculation as to whether or not she had plastic surgery.

Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Raffi Hovsepian, of RHMD Plastic Surgery Beverly Hills, gave his opinion on the matter and said the reality star may have had work done.

"It looks like Kim has had a rhinoplasty with tip refinement," Dr. Hovsepian told Radar Online. "Her lips look like they have been augmented and her forehead has no creases which leads me to believe she has had a lot of botox as well."

Zolciak married the father of her last two children, NFL player Kroy Biermann, in 2011. She posted a picture of herself without makeup in March on Twitter and captioned the image, "Makeup free today with my braid!! Its 80 degrees outside needed a summer look thanks Ayana Brown!!!"

Bravo aired the first part of The Real Housewives of Atlanta's season 5 reunion special on Sunday. Zolciak wasn't present at the taping for part 1 of the reunion but host Andy Cohen still inquired about Kandi Burrus' lawsuit against her.

Burruss filed her lawsuit against Zolciak on March 12, the day before the reunion filmed.

"She brought that on herself. I was no longer going to allow her to benefit off of the song anymore," Burruss said at the reunion special. "If you wanna go that route, then I'm gonna have to go crazy on you."

Burruss said she tried to settle the claim peacefully, but was ultimately forced to retain the legal services of her co-star Phaedra Parks to file the suit. Parks is one of Atlanta's famed entertainment attorneys.

Burruss filed a lawsuit against Zolciak for the single Don't Be Tardy For The Party, because Zolciak commercially released the single record without Burruss' "authorization, license or consent," according to a report. Burruss and Zolciak went on tour together to promote the iTunes hit and it was documented during season three of RHOA. The title for the song was the inspiration behind Zolciak's 2012 spin-off reality show on Bravo, Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding.

Zolciak's rep, Mike Paul, came forward and said the lawsuit has "absolutely no merit" because his client already paid $23,000 Burruss for the song. Zolciak attending taping for part 2 of the reunion special.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 5 Reunion- Part 2, which will feature Burruss confronting Zolciak about her lawsuit, will air on Sunday, April 14.
