Nyle DiMarco is ready to find love, even though the young model isn't making it a priority right now.

DiMarco, who just won Dancing With the Stars with his pro partner Peta Murgatroyd this week, is hoping to find similar success in the dating field. The model, who is deaf, revealed his relationship status in a new interview.

"I am very single," he admitted to People. "A relationship is not a priority of mine. But I'm hoping soon enough."

He does have some requirements for his potential romantic partner.

"They have to be independent," he expressed. "They have to believe they can do their own things. Communication, I think that's most important. And outgoing as well. I like how I'm an outgoing person."

DiMarco is open to pretty much anything, having described himself on Twitter as sexually fluid. The model also linked to an article describing sexual fluidity, which essentially means a person not being tied down to one specific gay, straight, or even bisexual label.

Regardless, DiMarco, who also recently won America's Next Top Model, has been working intensely over the past three months at Dancing With the Stars so he's ready for a break. DiMarco spoke this week about needing a vacation after all this hard work.

"The past three months have been a lot of work and we need a vacation," he said.

DiMarco and Murgatroyd beat out fellow DWTS finalists Paige VanZant and Mark Ballas and Ginger Zee and Val Chmerkovskiy for the Mirrorball trophy this week. VanZant and Ballas came in second place while Zee and Chmerkovskiy placed third.

Dancing With the Stars returns for its 23rd season this fall on ABC.
