From fashion to health Todd Chrisley definitely has an opinion about pretty much everything. Now the reality TV dad has given his candid thoughts on dating rules and it’s safe to say it’s just as hilarious as you think it would be. But it actually makes sense.

Chrisley took to a segment of the Steve Harvey show to dish on his do’s and don’ts of dating.

When it comes to the do’s, he encouraged fans to check their social media before going on the first date, but shook his finger big time at the idea of getting intimate after just one night. While he told viewers they should opt for a “nice place,” he ruled out the strip club as an option.

“Why are you gonna give yourself competition?” he asked.

He reminded viewers to always be “kind” and “courteous” even if they are not interested.

As for the don’t, he said, “Don’t ever, ever, ever be rude. No one likes a jerk. No one likes that.”

Chrisley is never one to shy away from dropping nuggets of wisdom; especially when it comes to his children, Savannah and Chase Chrisley.

He showed off his parenting skills in the latest episode of Chrisley Knows Best when he tried to help the two young adults bond while showing them how important hard work is. Things don’t really go very well for the two as Savannah gets physical. Things turned ugly when they called each other out in their interviews.
