'Real Housewives of Orange County' Season 11: Vicki Gunvalson, Brooks Ayers 2016 [VIDEO]

Vicki Gunvalson recently went public with a new boyfriend, but is The Real Housewives of Orange County star really over her ex-boyfriend, Brooks Ayers?

In the recently released season 11 trailer, Gunvalson is seen telling Ayers, “I love you,” which immediately led to rumors of a possible reunion between the two.

“Brooks, it’s Vicki. I believe you. I love you,” Gunvalson tells Ayers in a sneak peek, via Radar Online.

As fans of the show will recall, Ayers was accused of faking his cancer diagnosis throughout the series' 10th season last year, and while Gunvalson eventually broke up with Ayers, it appears as though he is not quite out of her life completely.

However, as is often the case, things between Gunvalson and Ayers may not be as they seem.

“Vicki was edited,” Gunvalson's rep told Radar Online. “They didn’t show her telling him that she loves him just like she loves all of her other exes. She loves Donn [Gunvalson] too!”

Gunvalson's rep also confirmed Ayers would not be featured on camera during The Real Housewives of Orange County season 11.

“Brooks isn’t on but Vicki does talk to him. She did tell him she loves him because she does,” the rep said.

Gunvalson and Ayers parted ways last August after the 10th season of the Bravo series.

"After much prayer, thought, counseling, and consideration, we have decided to end our four year relationship," Gunvalson and Ayers said in a statement on Facebook at the time. "We both wish nothing but a great future for each other. We have come to realize that one can indeed love someone in their heart, but that the time may come for their lives to take separate paths. Though the remaining episodes of Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County will show us as a couple, the filming took place in January 2015 through May 2015. There will be no further statements or interviews regarding our relationship as we choose to move on with our lives."
