No, Josie Duggar is not getting her own spin-off show, if that's what you're thinking. But the Duggar family does have some rather exciting news about the blonde cutie as they recently posted a photo of her celebrating the loss of her first tooth on their Facebook account.

Smiling from ear to ear, Josie appears to be very excited about losing her first tooth as the photo was captioned with, "Josie just lost her first front tooth---after waiting many days! She's very excited and wanted to show everyone!"

Many Duggar fans commented on the photo with, "Wow.. she growing up so fast already!!! Seem like yesterday she was a teeny tiny thing... Way to go Josie.." along with, "Oh My!! She has gotten sooo Big!! Miss the show so much!! She's still such a Cutie!! Congrats, for your 1st lost tooth!!"

Another fan wrote, "Aww can't believe she's at the age of losing teeth know - doesn't seem that long since she was w tiny baby in our screens - really need the family back on tv - 19 kids and counting."

The Duggar family suffered quite the blow last year when it was revealed that Josh Duggar not only sexually molested four of his sisters when he was a teen, but that he also cheated on his wife Anna Duggar with an Ashley Madison account. Their reality show, 19 Kids & Counting got the axe from the TLC network, although the Duggar daughters did manage to get their own spin-off show, Jill and Jessa: Counting On.
