Maks Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are doing everything in their power to have the best wedding they possible can.

Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd, who got engaged late last year, have been planning their highly anticipated wedding for several months. While the wedding date is scheduled for July 2017, there's still plenty to be done even with over a year to go.

"It's a while away, so we've got our location, we've got our date set, and we haven't even started doing the guest list yet, but that can wait a little bit," Murgatroyd told E! News recently. "I can try on some dresses now. I think it's time to start doing all that and getting a wedding planner."

Many of Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd's fellow Dancing With the Stars pros and former celebs will be in attendance at the wedding.

"We deliberately have it in July so it doesn't conflict with any of the seasons, so we can bring our past partners and our troupe of dancers and stuff like that," Murgatroyd said.

Chmerkovskiy went all out in picking out a ring for his bride-to-be.

"I'm actually partners in a jewelry company Cantamessa, beautiful jewelry makers out of Italy," Chmerkovskiy said. "I found the rock, and they designed the ring out of the factories in Italy, so I got really lucky with this whole process."

"So did I," Murgatroyd added, with a laugh. "I love it. It's so unique, and nobody has this style. I think it's just gorgeous and he put a lot of time and effort into it."

Murgatroyd is also on cloud nine in her professional career. The pro just won Dancing With the Stars with her celebrity partner, famous deaf model Nyle DiMarco, giving her her second Mirrorball trophy. She previously won season 14 with NFL star Donald Driver. It is unknown if Murgatroyd will be back for season 23 this fall, but considering the reports that she is pregnant with Chmerkovskiy's child, chances are she'll be sitting out of this season.
