He has managed to so far evade being caught and captured by someone who could completely screw up his plan to disappear and frame Hayden (Rebecca Budig) for his murder, but Nikolas (Nick Stabile) won't take any chances of Ava (Maura West) further complicating his plans on General Hospital.

Ava's finding him and attaching herself to him led to his being kidnapped with her when Huxley (Trent Dawson) wanted back his priceless family heirloom, and the two did eventually outsmart their captor and escape. They've also been managing to evade Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Billy Miller) who are hot on their trail as well. But now, Nikolas is through with taking the risk that she could get him caught up in her own troubles again, and will inform Ava that they are now about to say their goodbyes.

"I'm going to Greece," he tells her in a preview clip for the Tuesday, June 28 episode. "Without you."

Ava will likely be appalled that he thinks he's going to get away from her so easily, especially since she has a photo she snapped of him on the plane which proved he was alive, which she could use whenever she chooses to possibly reveal the truth about his state back in Port Charles, where Jason is a wanted man for Nikolas' assumed murder.

Meanwhile, back in Port Charles, his family is still waiting for any word on whether his body has been recovered from the harbor, and they are at a point where they're barely clinging to hope that he will be found at all. His sister Lulu (Emme Rylan) will be among the distraught as she awaits answers, especially when her husband, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), who is a police officer, has nothing new to report on the case.

Finally, with no new answers, Lulu will beforced to ask her husband the question she wants to the least.

"Do you think that Nikolas is still alive?" She asks in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
