The news about their plans hasn't reached everyone just yet, but news that Hilary (Mishael Morgan) has decided to end her marriage with Devon (Bryton James) will begin spreading as her intentions continue to be exposed on The Young and the Restless.

The person to learn about the divorce will be none other than her her former husband, and current father-in-law, Neil (Kristoff St. John), who will meet up with her to discuss work for the Foundation and be stunned when she drops the bomb that she's intending to end things wiyth Devon for good.

"You don't see me letting my impending divorce affect my work," she says in a preview clip for the Thursday, June 30 episode.

"Divorce?" Neil asks.

In the meantime, Devon will learn about the threats his wife has been making to his loved ones, specifically his sister, Lily (Christel Khalil), who Hilary threatened to kick out when she decided she would sue for Devon's ownership of the Athletic Club. And now, as he realizes just how vindictive she is willing to get, he will decide to try and form a plan with his sister that prevents her from losing her own livelihood.

"This isn't Hilary-bashing," Lily says to him in the clip. "She said she's going to sue you."

"She said she's going to do what?" Devon asks.

However, when Hilary winds up back in the hospital due to being the only person who Simon (Michael E. Knight) can test the cure for her condition on, all of the plans could suddenly be off, as the truth about the state she's in is learned.

Previously, Devon didn't know she was at risk of dying from a relapse into her comatose state, and he may try to convince her they should still be together as a result. However, Hilary will remain determined that she no longer wants to be with him, and will continue focusing her sights on Jack (Peter Bergman).

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
