Kourtney Kardashian is rumored to be expecting her fourth child with Scott Disick, and earlier this week, she was spotted at a medical center in Los Angeles.

According to a new report, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is taking her alleged pregnancy seriously as she visited a physician days ago.

"The 37-year-old was spotted at a medical clinic in Calabassas, Calif., with her one-year-old son, Reign Disick," In Touch Weekly reported on Thursday. "She appeared comfortable for the occasion, dressed in a white tank and black leggings with her hair pulled back into a ponytail."

News of Kardashian's alleged pregnancy first hit the web on Wednesday.

"Kourtney has always wanted four kids, but has been adamant about not wanting multiple baby daddies," an insider explained to In Touch Weekly at the time, revealing Kardashian's family was a bit taken aback after learning of the 37-year-old's baby news.

Disick, however, was excited, and has "been doting on her and the kids [Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1] ever since they found out," the source said. "This baby may even get them back together!"

As fans of the Kardashian-Jenner family well know, Kardashian and Disick have been split for nearly one year, so news of her pregnancy was initially quite shocking to the many members of her family.

"Their reaction was, 'What the hell and why?' Especially Khloé [Kardashian], she was speechless," a source revealed to In Touch Weekly on Thursday. "Kourtney tried to downplay it at first, but eventually she defended her decision, reminding them all that she has always wanted four kids."

Since rumors of her alleged pregnancy hit the web, Kardashian has remained silent in regard to the rumor and has instead be focused on her kids, and Disick has also chosen not to address the rumored news of their fourth child.
