A report on Wednesday claimed Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant with her fourth child, but is she really?

Although the 37-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has yet to address the rumor with a statement, she may have denied she was with child with a telling photo on Instagram.

"Blurry," Kardashian wrote in the caption of a photo shared on Wednesday, which featured the mother of three standing in a mirror with a two piece bathing suit.

Yesterday, a source claimed Kardashian and Disick were planning to welcome their fourth child nearly one year after the couple parted ways following nine years of dating.

"Kourtney has always wanted four kids, but has been adamant about not wanting multiple baby daddies," an insider told In Touch Weekly on Wednesday, claiming that while her family was initially shocked by the news, they have since come around.

Meanwhile, Disick has "been doting on her and the kids [Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1] ever since they found out," the source added. "This baby may even get them back together!"

Kardashian and Disick's romance came to an abrupt end last July and months later, she was linked to Justin Bieber.

"He has had a huge ego boost from hooking up with Kourt. It's been going on for a few months," a source told PEOPLE Magazine. "He is used to being swooned by young girls that have nothing else going on. Kourt is a hot mom with a career."

"He more thought, 'Wow,' and couldn't believe that she would go for him,' the source said. "He brags about how hot she is. He is happy while it lasts. Even if she is using him to get back at Scott, he couldn't care less."

"He's obviously close to the family, and Kris [Jenner] is obsessed with him," the source added. "It's just one of those things where it makes Kourtney feel good about herself. It's not serious at all. This young guy is into her, he thinks she's hot and she's older. She just wants to have fun."
