Lil Scrappy is in more hot water, as the rapper is facing some more legal drama. The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star refused to give police a legit urine sample, which has resulted in a warrant for his arrest, according to reports.

TMZ reported back in March, the reality star was required to submit an urine test for his probation from a 2008 arrest.

Officials said that the rapper attempted to turn in an urine sample that cops believed not to be his because it was too cold. Police did not accept the sample and ordered Scrappy to provide a new sample.

The rapper refused to do it a second time, which resulted in officials issuing a warrant for his arrest, claiming he once again violated his probation by not cooperating.

Scrappy is scheduled to appear in court on May 16 and his attorney, Mawuli Mel Davis said he hopes that the judge will clear the rapper's name.

"It is our hope that the Judge will recall the revocation warrant that is currently pending against Mr. Richardson," Davis said.

"Since Mr. Richardson's release from jail, he has been reporting to probation as ordered and doing his best to comply with all conditions of probation," he added.

The rapper's recent legal struggles may be the cause of why he didn't show up to Love & Hip Hop Atlanta's premiere party on April 15 at Ultra Lounge in Atlanta.

During a Q & A panel, the cast took questions from the media When one reporter asked Erica Dixon where was Scrappy, she responded, "Where is he?"

The Money in the Bank rapper is currently facing some other legal woes, as he was forced to have his paychecks garnished to help pay off more than $110,000 debt from Heavy Rotation, a concert booking company.

TMZ reported that the rapper lost a legal battle in a George Court in 2010 against the entertainment company which resulted him to pay $72,218.68. Reports stated that Scrappy never paid them any money, despite getting paid for his role on Love & Hip Hop.
