Regina (Lana Parrilla) and her more sinister side are the focus of the season 6 poster for ABC's Once Upon a Time.

ABC has released the official season 6 poster for Once Upon a Time, and it's clear that it's Regina's time to shine. The poster shows a huge closeup of Regina's dark alter ego, the Evil Queen, alongside the caption "Long live the Queen". A lightning bolt is seen splitting the apple in front of her down the middle, with the apple having a regular red color on one side but a sinister black on the other.

This poster is modeled after various official posters from the first five seasons of Once Upon a Time. Last season notably featured Emma (Jennifer Morrison) as the Dark Swan, while the season before featured Frozen's Elsa (Georgina Haig) wielding a frozen apple.

Meanwhile, Once Upon a Time super-fans are gearing up for the show's panel at San Diego Comic-Con this year. Attending this year's panel include stars Morrison, Parrilla, Robert Carlyle (who plays Mr. Gold), Emilie de Ravin (Belle), Josh Dallas (Charming), Colin O'Donoghue (Hook), Rebecca Mader (Zelena) and Jared Gilmore (Henry). Creators, showrunners and executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz will also be on the panel, which will be moderated by actress Yvette Nicole Brown. The panel will take place on Saturday, July 23 at 10 a.m. local time in Ballroom 20.

"The intent is that these new characters and new stories are really a reflection on what's going on inside of our characters," Horowitz previously told Entertainment Weekly about season 6. "With Lana and the Evil Queen, that's the starkest example, which we've already teased. We're literally going inside her and pulling her apart. There are elements of that that we're planning to do for each and everyone of the characters."

Once Upon a Time season 6 premieres Sunday, Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
