Bethenny Frankel is reportedly keeping her private life away from the Real Housewives of New York City cameras.

According to a new report, Frankel has had an opportunity to spice up the series' eighth season, but unfortunately, she has failed to do so.

“Everyone feels like this season has been boring so far, and viewers have sounded off about it,” an insider told Life & Style, according to a report by Radar Online on Wednesday.

Although Frankel is reportedly being paid a whopping $1 million for her role on the show, the magazine claimed she is more into her relationship with boyfriend Dennis Shields than the show. In addition, said the report, she has failed to expose her private life to her audience.

“Bethenny’s return hasn’t helped the show pick up any steam,” blasted the insider. Frankel “refused to film with Dennis, saying that she wanted to keep her personal life separate from the show.”

Ramona Singer and Dorinda Medley “were annoyed by that comment” about not discussing her private life, said the insider. “It’s a reality show. What does Bethenny think she’s doing?”

Weeks ago, Frankel's divorce from Jason Hoppy was finalized after nearly four years.

"Out of respect for her privacy and the well-being of her daughter, Bethenny is declining to comment," Frankel's lawyer, Allan Mayefsky, said in a statement to PEOPLE Magazine. "We can confirm that the divorce has been resolved. Our client is ecstatic that this long chapter is over, and she is looking forward to moving on with her life."
