A new Instagram post seems to indicate an intriguing new cast member joining American Horror Story this year.

Actress Annabell Osorio is apparently in the upcoming sixth season of American Horror Story, and recently posted a pretty big casting spoiler on Instagram. The actress suggested that she worked with AHS regulars Kathy Bates and Lady Gaga but also included one other name: Cuba Gooding Jr.

This part of the caption has since been deleted, likely due to this being a spoiler, but many fans captured the news before it was gone, as seen below:

News of Gooding's casting had not previously been revealed, but there were a few photos from July that had some people talking about the possibility of him being in AHS this season. The photos show Gooding with Sarah Paulson apparently on set for a project. Of course, it's also possible that this is related to the second season of American Crime Story, which is centered on Hurricane Katrina and the subsequent response to it.

Gooding is fresh off his first Emmy nomination for playing O.J. Simpson in the first season of American Crime Story, titled The People v. O.J. Simpson. Paulson is also nominated for People v. O.J., having played prosecutor Marcia Clark in the critically acclaimed limited series.

Meanwhile, there have been many rumors about the very secretive sixth season of American Horror Story. TMZ just posted some photos this week from the set of season 6, which features a colonial house and a tree with the word "CROATOAN" etched into it. As TMZ suggests, this could mean that the new season is centered on a colony and somehow related to one of America's greatest unsolved mysteries: the Lost Colony, a.k.a. Roanoke.

Nothing has been confirmed by FX, though they have released six teaser trailers which could lend credence to this concept. Check them all out below.

American Horror Story season 6 premieres Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX.
